Most items are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days, while larger furniture pieces may require scheduled freight delivery.
Do you offer international shipping for home goods?
Currently, we ship to all 50 states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to offer international shipping to more countries in the near future.
What is your return policy for home products?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's website so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our furniture items come with a limited one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Decor and textile items are covered for 90 days from the date of purchase.
